The Filinvest group unveiled another premiere project in Filinvest City, the Gotianun family’s major urban hub in Alabang.
During Wednesday night's priority selling, Filinvest Alabang Inc (FAI) executive vice president Catherine A. Ilagan told reporters that Bristol at Parkway Place will generate P3 billion in sales from 345 spacious units.
A 20-percent affiliate of Filinvest Land Inc (FLI), FAI is the developer of the 244-hectare Filinvest City.
"We're running out of inventory for this kind of project," Ilagan said, noting that it has been three years since Filinvest launched La Vie, the last project under the Filinvest Premiere brand in Filinvest City.
Boasting of a panoramic 360-degree view of the city and nearby suburbs stretching out to the Laguna de Bay, the 40-storey Bristol is the second development to rise at the so-called Millionaire's Row at the corner of Parkway and Corporate avenues after "super high-end" project Aspen in the late 1990s. Two more premium residential towers will rise in the area following the completion of Bristol.
“We have been very deliberate in our project launches,” Ilagan said.
About 75 percent of the units at Bristol will be one-bedroom units starting at P5.7 million with sizes ranging from 53-65 square meters. A fifth will be two-bedroom units at 100-110 square meters and very few three-bedroom units at 150 square meters.
"The market for Bristol is really high end but for smaller families. These are for early and empty nesters," Ilagan said.
The development is also expected to attract the investors market, especially the expatriates.
"Alabang is still where expats go home to even when they work in Sta. Rosa and farther south," Ilagan said.
Construction of Bristol will begin next year and it will take four years to build the tower.
Bristol offers easy access to leisure, entertainment, shopping, schools and other essential requisites. The residential project follows the same stretch leading to the Palms and Country Club and driving range and is near schools like De La Salle Zobel, Paref Woodrose, Paref Southridge School and San Beda College Alabang.
Bristol creates opportunities for private retail therapy because of its ground-level boutiques as well as al-fresco dining options apart from its proximity to the Festival Supermall.
As with all Filinvest Premiere projects, Bristol features an array of Zen-inspired amenities for its residents' enjoyment. It offers a private circular driveway, the yoga deck and sky lounge, a library, a swimming pool and adjoining kiddie pool, outdoor tree courtyard, a children's play space, private function hall, game and entertainment room, and social halls for recreation.
