I.T Systems Analyst

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Leads system definition and implementation of either custom-developed applications or off-the-shelf applications. Activities cover requirements definition, business process reengineering, development of business blueprint, system configuration, analysis/design of functionalities for customization and other project development activities such as testing, training, data conversion and production support. 
  • Schedules maintenance work for approved user requests. 
  • Coordinates with users to flesh out system requirements, delineating process from programming changes, clarifying output requirements and verify preliminary designs and layouts. 
  • Provides user acceptance testing support, which includes test design, test development and defect tracking. 
  • Monitors and enforces adherence to establish quality assurance standards. 
  • Proficient in task definition, time management and status reporting. 

Requirements: 

  • Must be a graduate of Computer Science, I.T or any related field. 
  • Has at least 5 years experience in System Analysis and Design. 
  • Has worked on at least 5 full-cycle implementation of any major business process, preferably some for Real Estate company. 
  • Can provide expertise on business procedures, design of required functionalities for customization, and provide production support. 
  • Knowledgeable in methodologies, tools and critical success factors to support successful IT project implementation. 
  • Exposed to handling and resolving issues and managing fellow team members.

VB.Net Programmer 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • To program VB.Net systems
  • To develop technical documents related to programming 

Requirements:

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • Prepares and executes the appropriate billboard and OOH plans. 
  • Makes certain that all billboard and OOH ads are properly maintained. 
  • Coordinates with billboard and OOH site suppliers to ensure that the visibility of ad materials is fully maximized and the structures are maintained properly. 
  • Recommends new sites as well as potential new modes of OOH media. 
  • Works closely with the Media Manager in the implementation of above-the-line media plans, inclusive of print, TV and radio. 
  • Helps out in the monitoring and analysis of competitive media placements especially in the area of print. 

 

Requirements:

Responsibilities:
